Rated 4 out of 5 by from I hope this new grill lives up to the Weber name I have owned Weber charcoal grills for many decades. 15 years ago I went to a gas BBQ/Grill, but it was a Kenmore and was fantastic. I finally decided that I wanted a new gas BBQ/Grill and purchased the EP425LP. It came in a box and I had to put it together - the instructions are not 100% clear so I watched a few videos on YouTube and they helped. Pros: It is a good-looking grill. 4- burner which 2 of them are super sear burners. It has a digital thermometer on the side table. The cast iron grates are 2 sided. 1 side is pointed for steaks and large items, the other side is flat for smaller items. It heats up quick and holds it temperature well. It has an easy-to-use drip dray that slides out of the back. The large bottom piece is also easily removable for easy cleaning. 2 locking casters to keep the BBQ/Grill from moving around. Cons: The side tables are small, and they do not fold down like my previous grill. The housing parts that hold the casters are made of plastic, I hope they last a long time. The stainless finish appears cheap and more than likely rust quickly.
