Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Weber Spirit E-325 is absolutely a great grill The Weber Spirit E-325 Gas grill has been a great purchase. The assembly of the grill was very easy with the provided instructions. I was happily surprised how solid the grill felt after assembly. I conducted the initial heat cycle to burn off manufacturing residue as directed. I have used my 3 burner grill several times and I enjoy the 3rd burner for its ability to sear my meats. I absolutely enjoy my Weber Spirit E-325 gas grill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New versus old Spirit grill. I like the improvement from my last Spirit grill. The soft close with out a bang. The foldable side selves which are also covered rather than just metal this also keeps the area from being hot. I had melted plastic on the previous side shelves. Also, the igniters on all three burners works!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Things change, but for the better? Time will tell We are long time Weber Grill owners and supporters. We have owned a Weber Grill of one model or another for the last 40 years. This new Grill (E325) is pretty good, however there has been noticeable pullback in the quality of materials used in making the product. The folding side tables are not stainless steel, the lid side castings and metal center are lighter weight materials (not as robust), the wheels are cheap plastic & located on one side of the grill rather than the casters on all four corners and The Rear Of The Compartment (where propane tank is held underneath) Has An Open Back. The open back allows animals to enter to get to the grease catcher or seek shelter and build nests. The previous models we owned all had enclosed areas underneath to keep the critters out. I like the "Sear Zone" and it works pretty well. The starting & temperature setting procedure is a little "non-intuitive". I understand it, but if I ask someone else who does not own one of these grills to start and set the temperature it is likely not going to get done properly or at all. I also miss the propane tank holder that let me know when the tank was getting near empty (Lite). The Temperature guage is always fogged up inside the glass (my previous grill that lasted 10 years did not do that?) I guess I will need to wait to see how the grill holds up over time. I do like the grill and how it cooks the things I need it to. I do still feel the grill appears a "good value" if it holds up over time (versus buying 2 or 3 cheaper grills over the same time period). I don't like to feed the local landfill with rusted out grill remnants. So far, all is good with the new Weber.
