Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great size but it could get hotter After losing my 10-year-old Weber Spirit 310 in Hurricane Helene, I decided to replace it with the Weber E325. My previous Weber performed exceptionally well, so I felt the premium price was justified based on my past experience. Overall, I’m pleased with the size and build quality of the E325. However, one downside is that it doesn’t reach the same high temperatures as my old Spirit 310. While my previous grill could max out the temperature gauge, the E325 seems to top out around 450°F. Despite this, it still delivers solid performance, and I trust Weber’s durability and reliability.
