Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Grill & Poor Customer Service Purchased a Weber grill for a 1 year need. Paid more than a cheap brand because I wanted it take it home, set it up and have it work well without any issues for a year and then sell it when I upgrade my barbecue set up for my new home. Set up the grill, hooked up the propane tank, and heard hissing. Felt the propane coming out of the regulator. Called customer support, took over 30 minutes, video and a ton of questions for him to finally agree it was a bad regulator. Sent me a new one. Hooked it up, same hissing. Called customer service, same run around for 20+ minutes to finally get them to send a new one. 2 weeks without a working grill when I wanted a hassle free purchase and paid more for the "Weber quality", which was the opposite for me. Was having people over and needed to grill, went to Ace, bought a regulator, installed it, worked. Never tried the 3rd Weber regulator, may have worked, may not. When I upgrade my barbecue station next year and look for the $3k permanent grill, Weber will no longer be considered as an option.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from almost perfect grill This grill heats quickly, is very controllable temperature and is solid. the only shortfall is the upper wire rack. it's not secured so can pop out of the slots with the slightest bump, leaving the food up top on the grill or worse, on the deck, behind the grill. Otherwise, this is a winner.
