Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value for a smaller, propane grill I purchased this grill at a local store for a national sporting good chain named after a fish, which no longer carries the E-210 so I cannot leave a review on their site. I chose them over other retailers because I had eGift cards from my employer. First, I didn't want to ship the grill to my home. I've read too many reviews of such heavy items being damaged by the well-known ground shippers. Inventory shipped to a store will be unloaded from a big truck and less likely to be damaged. Such was the case with the one I picked up from the store, no damage at all. In fact, I was very impressed with Weber's protective packaging of the E-210. The assembly process was easy to follow. The hardware seemed to be well-made and engineered such that everything fit together with relative ease. I found it odd that neither a 7/16" nor 11mm speed wrench didn't fit the hex bolts (Part B on page 26) and were slightly too large but fine for initial threading. The included tool was needed to "fully tighten" these bolts. As others have mentioned, the lack of a back panel seems like a thoughtless design omission, but not enough to reduce my rating (yet). I will update this review after some use in the coming spring/summer months.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice grill, good price point I bough this grill for my new house in AZ because I also own a Genesis back in MI. This one, while nice, does not compare with my other grill. The back on this grill is open. While that makes it easier to clean because you can remove the parts for maintenance, I would have preferred a removable back panel. Obviously this little grill is at a much lower price point than my $800 (10 years ago) genesis, it’s still a good value. Replacement parts are easy to obtain if needed and the quality of these grills are much better than most. I’m hoping this grill will last as well as my older grill which still looks brand new.
