Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke after 4 uses This is the second batch of these i bought, thought I’d give them a second chance, but what a waste of time and money. The First set I only use them for smoking so the temps never get that hot. Two of the meat probs started reading almost 100 degrees too high. The second set came, but I have to be honest I just don’t trust it so I’m back to me old 20$ probes that have been working wonderful for 8 years no problems. The other major issues that make this product so unreliable are the main unit constantly drops signal and you have to reset it and hope the probe are correct second the distance is horrible by the time it’s connected you might as well go outside and check yourself with a good calibrated probe

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Wireless Thermo yet! My wife and I have tried MANY different wireless thermo's. They work for the first one or two times then never work again regardless of what you do. The Weber iGrill is the best, most accurate, most trusted that we have used. We have grilled steaks for entertaining and people always compliment on how well they turn out. The iGrill takes the guess work out of grilling meat. The only challenge I find is the rubber colored pad. The heat really takes a toll on them. I never use them to hold the probe by because of the heat over the grill surface and the probe itself. They do serve an important purpose though in identifying which probe is associated with which steak in the app. You won't be sorry with the iGrill unit, we haven't!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Probes are just aweful I bought this when it was still an iDevice in 2015. Ambient probe failed in 2017 (I don't smoke meat very often at all - maybe once a month at most) but Weber was super happy to send me a new one. Well, 2 years later, and only 5 briskets and a turkey later, the ambient probe has failed again. I've emailed them again, but the way customer service in America goes these days, I don't have high hopes. I know it's been 2 years, but it's only been 5 briskets and a turkey. I would recommend the product, but ONLY because the electronic part is so great. The probes are just aweful! But, again, Weber was awesome for supporting me (let's hope they do again).
