Second set of replacement!!! What’s wrong Weber??
I am now having to replace these for the 3rd time and I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this product. First set rusted out inside of 2 years as did the second set. Why are there’s not stainless steel? I had an older Weber and never had any problems with rusting out in such a short time. Not that this pertains, but the base of my grill is also rotting (began 2 years ago). Again, this grill is only 4 years old. At this rate, it would be cheaper to buy a generic brand for $100 and replace it every 2 years. Not impressed at all!!

Frustrated with poor support
Need to replace my flavorizer bars on my Weber Genesis. Can't buy them in the store because I am told they can only be replaced under warranty through Weber. Weber wants me to provide proof of the grill being under warranty and the serial number. Ummm, if they can only be replaced under warranty, isn't that enough? My grill is mounted in an outdoor kitchen without the frame, so no serial number. At this point, my only choice is to buy knockoffs or buy the 17 1/2 inch bars at Ace and cut them down to 17. This is way harder than it needs to be
