Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love the grill but the knobs at junk I have always had Weber grills. There is no better grill out there. I have had my Summit series gas grill for at least 10 years and it still works great - except for the knobs. I have been dealing with breakage from the start. I have repiared them several times and bought the expensive replacements for all of them. and now again have no working knobs. I spoke to customer service about it and they were no help. It is an old grill but I expect more from Weber

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too tight I broke one original knob. I've replaced it 4 times because the replacement knobs keep breaking. As others write the sleeve that slips over the shaft is too small. This time I used a dremel tool to grind the sleeve larger. The knob slipped on better but still hangs up when I try to turn it. This is not weber quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs improvement The center hub that slips over the gas control shaft would be more durable if made from metal or ceramic. The plastic seems to always have the same failure mode: longitudinal cracking.
