Rated 1 out of 5 by from Haven't even received them yet Weber is asking for a review on how I'm enjoying my purchase and I haven't even received the product yet. I have been in contact with Weber inquiring where my purchase is and I can't get any answers from Weber. I even have a case number that Weber is supposed to investigate, but all I get is crickets. No information or contact from Weber. I've had the product on order for almost 4 weeks. They were ok taking my money, but sure can't get any product shipped to me or even let me know when I might see the product I ordered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hot Wheels! Easy changeout using existing sleeve….this assumes no damage to existing sleeve. Be sure to prop the end you’re working on up high, (approx 12” from ground) on something stable. To remove, use a screwdriver to pry loose, remove and push in new. Bingo, you’ve got a set of Hot Wheels ready to roll for another 15 years!
