Rated 4 out of 5 by Boro John from 14 Inch Just Fine Well built. The 14 inch will hold two racks of baby backs cut in half. So if you need to smoke more move up to the bigger smoker. For me the 14 inch size is perfect. Recommend ordering right away some of the consumable parts of the grill so you can have spare parts. Particularly the water pan. Typically this is the first item to wear out. so I bought and extra whole parts are available.
