Preheat grill on high for 15 minutes and brush grates with stainless steel grill brush. For heavy grease buildup, use Weber Grate Cleaner and Scrubber Pads after the grill has completely cooled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Genisis II 310 Grill I bought this grill new in June 2017 and use it several times a week. I need replacement parts (grill plates rusting, flavor bars, and the ignitor isn't working well). I find the reoder sight very confusing. For ex. when I put my grill in, the flavoring bars that come up are stainless steel, not porcelin. When I call to check on the ignition problem, I need to wait.....wait.....wait....long time weber family but found this grill to be much cheaper made than my previous weber...not sure i'll replace this one with a weber again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Update on Customer Experience Issue I posted a strong negative review about Weber's customer service a month or so ago. I was really disappointed in their response time but I feel compelled to update everyone on my previous post. Weber immediately contacted me, refunded my order and processed replacement grates under warranty. No action required by me! While I had a rough start, Weber did step up and correct the issue and I'm completely satisfied. Thank you!
