Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad alternative to recalled grill brush I finally received this brush as part of Weber's recall program. Tried it once on a cold grill and threw it in the trash. The brush doesn't clean and is too flexible. It is surprising that Weber chose to provide this brush as a replacement when they still sell what appears to be a metal based brush that is highly rated and actually sells for a dollar less than this nylon bristle brush. Maybe they are trying to clear out bad stock by using it for their replacement program. This isn't the quality or support I have received from Weber over the last 25 year. Maybe has something to do with BDT Capital Partners taking over the company?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor replacement I received this as a replacement for a recalled brush. It does not compare to the quality of the recalled brush. I paid a lot more than 14.99 for my recalled brush. It's disappointing I was sent something less comparable. Most people want to clean their grill when it is hot. This brush doesn't work very good on a cold grill.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inappropriate replacement for recalled grill brush I received two of these brushes as replacements for two 18" Three-Sided Grill Brushes, which were recalled. This is a very poor replacement choice, as it does not perform the same functions as the item being replaced. The original could be used to clean a hot grill (which is when you need to do the cleaning). This item can be used only on a fully cooled grill, at which point food and oils have hardened and are much more difficult to remove. Maybe this would be a decent pot scrubber, but it's pretty much useless as a grill brush. I'm very disappointed in this resolution of the recall. Unless Weber makes it right, I'll definitely be looking at other brands for grill and grill accessory purchases in the future.
