Weber support was as great as the grill. With just the serial number, they registered the grill, informed me of the warranty and sent me a new warming rack. This is my second Weber grill only because the purchaser of my last house wanted my first grill included with the sale of the house.

The knobs are made of plastic and melted and the igniter system also melted. Waiting to receive new igniter as the system is still under warranty. Not the quality I was expecting from a Weber.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Burnt grill I love my grill but the last time I used it to cook steaks it caught on fire and I mean 3ft flames. I had to put a fire blanket on the flames and finally the flames went out. Really scared me.
