Fall Comfort in the Form of Grilled Chili

Fall is finally here!  That means different things to different people, but to me it still all focuses around my Weber. I love both experimenting with new dishes as well as going back to my old seasonal favorites. One of those favorites has to be chili. What I love about chili is that you can take your favorite flavors and combine them to take your basic chili to another level. Take a look at this video for some inspiration and tips for the next time you’re in the mood for a good bowl of fall comfort food. Trust me, you’ll be going back for not only seconds, but thirds!

Hi Kevin,
The recipe doesn't reflect the beer and/or water as shown in the video. Thank you, Dave

Hi Dave,

I like to use about 12 ounces of beer or water in my chili. Sorry that I forgot to add that!

Happy Grilling!
