Cedar Plank Grilling

I love fish on the grill.  For anyone just starting to think about grilling seafood, look no further than planked salmon.  The magic of the grill coupled with the ease of cooking on a cedar plank makes for a fantastic meal.

the article was great except showed charcoal cooking of Salmon, I see separating the charcoal and cooking in center. I have a 2 burner grill and need to know how to do this or do I use one burner? thank you Bob Reed (linbo456@gmail.com)

Hi Bob -

Thanks! Yes, with a 2 burner, just leave one burner off and use the unlit side. I would also recommend rotating the plank 180 degrees so that both sides of the fish get equal amounts of heat. Good luck!
