Q2000 Griil Cover

Great Grill,, works well for me, Bought the grill cover for it, disappointed in the cover though, doesnt cover the regulator or the igniter well at all, they need to make the cover just a bit bigger for a better fit.

About to buy my second one!

No, I didn't wear it out in spite of using it every day for several years. My estranged wife decided it was no good after she convinced me to move out of the house. She threw it away! Like she did me. It needed cleaning. That's it. I went back to get it and found the stand with nothing on it. Should have thrown HER away!! I bought this when I was working on the road as a pipefitter. I traveled in a 27' trailer and space was always a major concern. Having had and still do own several Weber products when I saw this I had no hesitation, I bought one. Loved it! Only reason I gave it lower marks in cooking performance is that I experienced temperature differences throughout the cooking area. Many grills do this however and the fact that I didn't keep mine as clean as perhaps I should have might account for some of that. I even bought one for my son who was in the Air Force at the time. He loved his also.
Well here I am retired and back in my (bigger) trailer after leaving the house. I need another one and this is the one I'll purchase. Worth the money unless you want a larger one then buy the Q 3200 which I'm considering pretty seriously. Bigger cooking surface and lots of (good usable) bells and whistles. Also quite a lot more $$$. However I don't think you could go wrong if you like to grill stuff.... No, it isn't a barbecue. It is in fact a grill. A GAS grill verses a BARBECUE that uses natural indirect heat like wood or those little black biscuit looking things filled with all kinds of unhealthy stuff like coal dust and other junk..... then there's natural chunk that's far better but that's a study in it's self. Nothing wrong with grilling but understand the difference between the two.... Your either barbecuing OR grilling.... TRUE barbecue is low and slow over a good number of hours spent drinking your favorite adult beverage and standing around with your buddies telling each other the biggest lies you can muster. Grilling? Well better get your drinking out of the way cause it's hot and fast. Good hot grill. Toss that ol' steak on there and sear in the juices, Giver a quick turn and slap er on a plate before she bleeds out! Yessir! Rare! Seared outside and cool rare juicy center! Now that son is a steak! Save the BBQ for your brisket.
Yeah, I recommend this BBQ...er I mean GRILL for sure........

Really happy with grill, one issue

I love this grill. Now my wife is using it everyday in the summer. We have had it 3-4 years.
Unfortunately, we had the brass center that releases the propane come off the regulator. When we
unscrewed the propane tank from the grill it came out of the "regulator assembly". I think it was
over a year after purchase. Weber refused to replace part. I had to pay for a new part.

It was nice to get quick service and part replacement was easy. We love this grill.

Great for the RV traveler.

This has been a great grill. We take it with us in our Airstream everywhere. It gets hot fast and has been a great grill for on the go. It folds up nicely and fits in the back of the truck. When we get where we are going, we set it up and we are cooking. We have used it for just my wife and I and on occasion for groups as large as 10 for small family gatherings. It has been durable and easy to use and clean.
