    Country Sales Manager Norway

    ABOUT THE JOB:

    Working at our Nordic headquarters office based at Sagene in Oslo, you will be Mr. or Mrs. Weber in Norway, responsible for leading the activities in Norway and managing the sales team. You will report to the Vice President Northern Europe.

    The responsibilities include:

    Together with our competent sales team, you will ensure that Weber Norway:

    • Meet the expected sales budgets 
    • Maintain the existing customers as well as attract new customers
    • Create long term customer relations
    • Increase the turnover and earnings with the existing customers

    With reference to the Vice President Northern Europe your responsibilities will be:

    • Support and develop the team of 3 sales reps, 1 key account manager and 2 sales support specialists
    • Develop both short- & long term sales strategies, via market and customer analysis
    • Driving sales and developing initiatives with selected top accounts
    • Develop the business to achieve the expected growth rate
    • Ensure quality sales activities, and participation in relevant customer meetings  
    • Together with our Sales Planner deliver accurate and on-time sales numbers for forecasts as well as other reporting
    • Coordinate sales meetings on a country as well as on a hub-level
    • Participate in EMEA sales board
    • Work closely with our marketing team on a strategic level to act as transmitter between sales and marketing functions

    ABOUT YOU…

    You..

    • Have min. 3-5 years’ experience from a similar role preferred from an international company with a well know brand 
    • Have a strong commercial mindset and get motivated driving for results
    • Have extensive sales experience and can show documented results
    • Have excellent organizational skills and experience managing a team
    • Have ability to develop and administer action plans
    • Have an international mind-set and can work both independently as well as in a team
    • Are structured and have proficiency in time management
    • Are a strong communicator that can get your messages through
    • Have a Bachelor degree as a minimum
    • Have excellent Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken
    • Love to barbecue and to promote the fantastic Weber lifestyle we create every day
