Baking pizza on a premium gas barbecue

Baking pizza on you barbecue

Bruschetta Pizza

By using indirect heat and a pizza stone, you can easily transform your barbecue into a pizza oven. The pizza stone creates an intensely hot surface that helps the dough bubble and blister, resulting in a perfectly golden, crispy crust.

How to set up you premium gas barbecue for baking pizza

We have tried and tested for every barbecue model to ensure you have the correct settings and to achieve the best results. For the specific settings and set up methods suitable for your barbecue please refer to your user and recipe guide or quick start guide.

Depending on your barbecue model, you can either use a Weber Pizza Stone or, if your barbecue is Weber Crafted compatible, you can use a Weber Crafted Pizza Stone.

Make sure the pizza stone is in position and preheating whilst the barbecue is preheating, as a hot barbecue and hot pizza stone will provide the best results.
