Seasonal staff wanted for Nordic customer service team
Would you like to support us in creating magical BBQ memories across the Nordic countries? Are you fluent in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish?
We're currently looking for skilled seasonal staff for our Customer Service department during the 2023 season, which runs from March to end of July.
Nordic cooperation with focus on excellent customer service: Your working hours will be spent at Weber’s Danish head office in Nørresundby, near Aalborg, in a team of 40 BBQ-loving colleagues. Together, we do our best providing excellent customer service towards our dealers and private customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
For us, it's important to maintain a great sense of humour and to work together as a team, so you will always find colleagues who´s happy to help you. We're proud of being a part of a strong brand; for us, Weber is not just about selling barbecues and accessories, but also creating unique barbecue experiences for our customers – and each other.
You'll be trained well in answering the various enquiries, the onboarding period also includes a thorough product training – and at our Grill Academy, you'll have the chance to try the different barbecue models in practice.
About the job:
Working hours are between 08:00 and 16:00 Monday-Friday. During peak season (April to July), some Customer Service staff are required working until 18:00.
The job is full-time and we offer an attractive salary with benefits that include health insurance, a pension plan and a lunch scheme, as well as an active staff association.
In Customer Service, your primary tasks will be to help the private customers with:
- Handling inquiries by phone or in writing regarding product claims and sale of products, as well as offering good tips and advice about grilling.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Following up on your sales orders and claims.
You will primarily support customers who speak your native language(s), but if your colleagues are busy, you will be required to help across the team, regardless of which country the enquiry comes from.
Are you a well-spoken and service-minded problem solver? No matter if you are into grilling vegetables or meat, and whether you prefer gas or charcoal barbecues, we would love to hear from you. The most important thing for us is that you are service-minded, good at asking the right questions and are ready to give our customers a positive experience. It´s also important that you are willing to make a good effort and that you are stable.
It's also an advantage if you:
- Have experience with customer service towards end-consumers.
- Speak and write fluently Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish. If you are proficient in more than one of those languages, it´s even better.
- Have good knowledge in English, both spoken and written.
- Have experience from using Microsoft Office.
- Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Zendesk.
