To support our existing team based in our office in Nørresundby, we are looking for:
A swedish (native) speaking Order Processing Assistant
An exiting role in our Nordic Order Processing department, that services Weber's customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. We need a swedish speaking colleague, that together with the existing team of 3 employees, is eager to support our customers, and ensure they get the ultimate service. It's required that our new colleage is native Swedish speaking, both verbal as well as in writing.
You will become a part of an international team in an exiting company with a strong brand, with 40 top motivated colleagues at the Danish Headquarter.

About the job:
In this position, you will mainly focus on supporting the Swedish customers. The working hours are primarily between 08.00-16.00, and the role is a permanent, full-time position, with a number of benefits like pension scheme, health insurance, on-site lunch scheme and an active staff association.
Getting a good onboarding is important, so to make sure you are settlted, as well as in your new role, we will offer our support.
The main responisibilities include:
Handle orders from our dealers
Handling inquiries by phone and e-mail from our dealers, eg. following up on track and trace related inquires
Processing delivery complaints and credit notes for logistics related claims
Communication with internal/external contact persons related to the activitites in order processing
... positiv of mind and have a logical approach to solving problems. Besides that you are a fast learner, detailoriented, good communicator and have the ability to provide excellent service towards our dealers. You are flexible and can joggle between more tasks at once without loosing the overview, also during our high-season, where we have a more hectic environment. It´s essential that you speak and write Swedish as a native.
You have experience from a similar role, could be from sales, customer service, or sales support
You are IT minded, and preferred having a proficient experience working with Microsoft systems, Zendesk and Navision or other similar systems
You feel comfortable speaking and writing English
Having a technical mind-set is an advantage
