Rated 1 out of 5 by Pete681 from No Temperature control My 3100N won't go below 265c (measured with an igrill2 probe in the lid position provided) with the main burner at the lowest setting and the centre burner off. Customer service says "it's not an oven" - not helpful!. A Weber recipe says cook over direct medium heat ( 180c- 230c ). - it's not possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kardimag from Quality and style in one This is my third and favourite Weber! The size is perfect for our family, cooking speed and quality is as good as the smaller versions, the colour adds some vibrancy to our deck.
