Rated 4 out of 5 by Kaye O from Directions corrections I love the new BBQ. One fault was in the directions to put it together. It's been a while ago now but I do know things weren't going right with the cart and after completion my son in law found the extra single sheet stating the correct way to put together the I think legs, Perhaps a different coloured paper of an Red Urgent on that would have saved to two person team a lot of effort. I would suggest for the money paid you should chuck the old booklet and just republish with the correct procedure

Rated 4 out of 5 by kyliejane from Better solution for 2800N+ [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only 4 stars because it's insane that Weber has created this ridiculous situation - after reading and seeing many many reviews and photos, I bought the FAMILY Q cover for my Premium Q 2800N+ on premium cart so that its length was not halfway up the cart. So no, it's length is much fuller which is excellent, but obviously, as my Q is not the Family Q, there is a bit of roominess in the body, it's not a snug fit. Prefer this though, to the crazy photos of what the allocated cover for the 2800N looks like. Offensive from Weber though, that they're charging PREMIUM price for a cover that DOES NOT FIT THE N MODELS - if it's spruiked as fitting the Baby Q also, guaranteed that it is NOT going to fit the premium Q N models also, so why pretend otherwise Weber?

Rated 1 out of 5 by NN25 from Don’t recommend Family Q Premium Cover does not fit my Q3100N+ model properly, despite the box stating it’s suitable. I also don’t like where the velcro ties sit and how they sit. They’re sewn on the wrong side which means you have to twist it to secure it down. Don’t recommend.
