Sticky  Lemongrass  Chicken  Kebabs 346X318
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 3 tsp lemongrass
  • 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 80ml Soya sauce
  • 3 limes, juice of
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Try these tasty and simple chicken kebabs. They are a perfect addition to any family barbecue!

Method:
  • Prepare the marinade. Combine the lemongrass, garlic, ground coriander and brown sugar in a pestle & mortar and grind to a paste.
  • Add the Soya sauce, lime juice and vegetable oil.
  • Pour the marinade into a re-sealable food bag and add the chicken.
  • Marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Place onto the skewers of the kebab set and cook over a medium direct heat.  Turn twice, every 5 minutes.
