  • 800g fillet steak
  • 1/2 a head pointed cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bundle spring onions
  • 1 bundle green asparagus
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Fresh herbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Rub
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

In the kitchen:
  • Combine all the spices for the rub. Cut the meat into strips. Marinate the meat in the rub for at least 30 min.
  • Slice the vegetables into strips. Chop the herbs.
At the barbecue:
  • Prepare the grill for direct high heat. Place the wok on the GBS cooking grate and let it heat up.
  • Add the oil when the wok is hot.
  • Brown the meat evenly, then remove from the wok.
  • Sauté the vegetables, then add the meat and the fresh herbs.
