The Weber Grill Academy are proud to offer our Low & Slow Quickie BBQ, as part of Tasting Australia 2026 | Presented by JOURNEY BEYOND. Limited to just 2 events, the Low & Slow Quickie delivers the big, bold flavours of the low and slow barbecue – without the full-day commitment.  

It’s a turbo charged ‘taste test’ of our favourite barbecue class experience – Seriously Low & Slow. Our Weber Grill Specialists have done all the hard work for you, tending to the finest, local SA produce – carefully smoking, spritzing, wrapping, basting and saucing for the juiciest, most delicious meat morsels.  

Be welcomed to Australia’s one-and-only Grill Academy, overlooking the Adelaide skyline, with a BBQ canape and drink on arrival. Settle in with a mouthwatering pulled pork slider, then tuck into a BBQ box filled with some of your absolute favourites; juicy brisket, smoky sausage, tender ribs, and classic BBQ sides.  

Finish it all off with a scoop of our sweetest collaboration yet – the Gelista x Weber Grill Academy BBQ Toasted Coconut ice cream – because no great BBQ ends without dessert. 

The bar will be open for purchases of further South Australian beers, wines and soft drinks. So, bring a mate, or bring the crew – our Low & Slow Quickie is sure to be a good time for everyone.
