Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work - retailer wouldn't return I bought this product before Xmas and as soon as the probe goes in the meat it stops working. Meat that's burning on the grill reads as 14 degrees. When you try to troubleshoot it won't reconnect. Retailer doesn't want anything to do with it, well done Good Guys. Absolutely awful experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was Not Impressed I bought this a couple of weeks ago and used it for the first time yesterday. Initially I got the iGrill to pair with my Samsung S20, put the probe in the meat and I stepped inside, like 2m away and it lost the connection. I tried to reconnect but it wouldn't. The iGrill had a green light on the whole time. I tried to turn it off by holding the button down and nothing happened; the green light remained on. I then took it off and replaced the battery with a new one. It seemed to work again. I stepped back inside and it lost the connection again. Once again I couldn't turn it off. I took the battery out and then it wouldn't even turn on so tried to reset it but alas it still wouldn't turn on. At this stage I was getting really annoyed. Checked the voltage of the battery with a multimeter and it was good. I got the iGrill going again and I left my phone outside next to the BBQ. It lasted a few minutes and then disconnected again. Not happy!
