Rated 1 out of 5 by Klarkey from Absolutely crap! Have bought about 3 -4 bags previously to this and the quality has been excellent have been easy to start in previous times . Go open up a new bag to do a low and slow trying to light a small amount and they are just crap they are all crumbly they don't want to burn they just cracked and fall apart when trying to light weber has lost its quality and quality control as there product standard has drop big time very sad to see when u are such a iconic brand

Rated 2 out of 5 by wildeny from Hard to Light, Even with Multiple Tools [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this bag at BCF based on the strong reviews, but my experience was very different. These briquettes are extremely difficult to light — even with a chimney starter, firelighters, a butane torch, and a hair dryer. It took over an hour just to get a few pieces partially lit, and another hour before my kamado reached cooking temperature. I later noticed several lower‑rated reviews mentioning the same problem. I should have paid closer attention to those, as the difficulty in lighting seems to be a consistent issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andrew Brisket from Weber briquettes I have been using these briquettes for over 6 months and prefer them to another well known brand. They have worked great for indirect, direct and snake method. Consistent temperature without any smell and are excellent for low and slow smoking in my kettle. Introduced a friend to brisket and my method and he now owns a weber and has cooked 6 briskets. Highly recommend you give them a try as they have worked very well for me. The Weber helpline is also fantastic and truly appreciate the help they have given me.
