Rated 5 out of 5 by Lauren3616 from Enough light for cooking. Not too bright Lights up enough area. Activated when you put the lid up. Turns off automatically after 30mins if you forget you left it off. Takes 3AAA batteries which needs a screw driver to get into. Bit of a fiddle around to change the batteries but otherwise no problems.
