Guided by our Barbecue Specialists, you’ll cook across multiple fuel types and formats - from the unmistakable flavour of charcoal to the versatility of the Weber Q, premium gas barbecues, and our latest pellet range.

The menu is designed for sharing and enjoying together. Picture succulent lamb koftas with silky hummus and pomegranate drizzle, crispy porchetta served with sweet peperonata, and rotisserie-cooked chicken thighs paired with homemade tzatziki - a true Mediterranean feast from BBQ to table.

Courses are capped at 22 attendees to ensure every guest gets hands-on time with our barbecues and one-on-one guidance from our Barbecue Specialists. Your ticket includes all food and three (3) beverages during the experience, concluding with a relaxed sit-down shared meal.
