  • 1 bundle green asparagus
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Fresh herbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Rub
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
