That's a wrap on one of the biggest WBBL seasons yet!
What a season! The Weber WBBL lit up summer once again with big hits, incredible catches, and unforgettable moments, bringing fans together to cheer, enjoy world-class cricket and soak up all the action. From record-breaking performances to packed stadiums and buzzing living rooms, the competition delivered entertainment from first ball to last.
And what a finish - the Hobart Hurricanes made history, claiming their first-ever WBBL title in a thrilling final that had us all on the edge of our seats. The home side raced to the target in the title clash, riding on Lizelle Lee's smashing knock, which featured 10 fours and four sixes, and equalled the highest individual score in a WBBL finals match.
Women’s cricket continues to go from strength to strength, inspiring the next generation, and we were proud to be right there for every six, every wicket and every celebration.
We can’t wait to do it all again next summer!
