Rated 5 out of 5 by OzzieMatt from Amazing aftersales service Coming up to a year and the BBQ is amazing, does a really nice job of working as an oven. I bought the temperature probes which I really like cheating. not only does it help you cool the perfect steak, roast etc it even monitors the amount of gas left in the bottle. But the thing that has prompted me to write a review is the amazing after sales service. My ignitor rubber split, called up and a new one is on the way. Being 12 months old i expected to have to pay etc.. nope.. welcome to a decent warranty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Timbo777 from Good strong barbecue Good features but one major problem:- the standard 8.5 kg Australian gas bottle does not fit on the bottle holder properly, the bottom of the bottle rests on the axle. When contacting Weber I was told that it is not designed to be moved when the gas bottle is attached! REALLY!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Wish I bought a Q from Worst BBQ ever. Sending to the tip after 3 years We are a family of Weber Q fans having owned the family Q for over a decade and a baby Q for camping. We purchased this 3 years ago and have nothing but problems with it. The holes in the gas tube get clogged which means the 2nd and third burner don’t light. We have had the tube replaced by Weber but can’t be bothered having to do this as frequently as needed. Despite keeping the BBQ meticulously clean it catches on fire when cooking anything too fatty like sausages. This has never been an issue with our Weber Q. It’s sad that our last Weber lasted 10+ years of very frequent enjoyable use and this one is off to the tip after a few short years when half the time we were reluctant to use it for fear of starting a fire.
