Here at the Weber Grill Academy, we just love showcasing South Australian produce, all cooked on Weber barbecues.

We have a new experience on offer, Taste SA, where guests will be guided through barbecuing some of South Australia’s finest produce. Imagine a mouth-watering seafood entrée of Coffin Bay Oysters Kilpatrick and freshly grilled SA prawns, followed by a main meal of slow cooked Clare Valley lamb shoulder and crispy roasted Gilbert Valley chicken, all served with SA seasonal sides.

The meal crescendos with a barbecue baked chocolate fondant pudding, featuring one of SA’s most well-known choccies! And if you’re looking for that extra bit of decadence, this barbecue class experience includes premium wines from our partner, Gibson Wines.

During this course, you’ll be grilling, roasting, baking and smoking across a range of Weber barbecues – including gas and charcoal barbecues.

Bring your appetite and join us for a feast of the senses. Our Taste SA experience is three hours, long, includes all food and premium South Australian beverages, and concludes with a sit-down shared meal.  Courses are capped at 20 attendees to ensure that all guests can get as hands-on as they like.
