The Weber Grill Academy has released a new barbecue class experience, called Easy Entertaining, showcasing some of the best tips and recipes to entertain with ease using your barbecue(s).
From meal elements you can pre-prepare, to dishes you can barbecue with a glass of wine in hand, this menu lets you enjoy the company of your friends and family around a barbecue. You’ll be sure to impress the next time you host, with some simple and delectable dishes.
Think sumptuous grilled prawns on guacamole bites to get the party started, followed by finger-licking chicken and bacon skewers, and a Greek lamb share plate to please the masses. The grand finale is an easy barbecued brownie, that is a sure-fire crowd pleaser.
Under the guidance of our Weber Grill Experts, you’ll discover how to grill, smoke, roast and bake across a range of Weber barbecues – including charcoal kettles, the Weber Q range, and our large gas barbecues.
