Our Mediterranean Barbecue experience brings the Mediterranean spirit to life in a three-hour, hands-on journey, centred around delicious food, fire and fun.
From the moment guests arrive, the aroma of herbs, citrus, and smoke sets the scene. Guests will cook their way across Italy, Greece, Turkey and more, preparing a colourful menu of seafood, meat, and vegetable dishes using a wide range of Weber barbecues. From the unmistakable flavour of charcoal (of course!) to the versatility of the Weber Q, premium gas, and our latest wood pellet range, each barbecue highlights a different technique and style of outdoor cooking.
The menu is designed for sharing – just as Mediterranean food should be. Guided by the Weber Grill Academy Barbecue Specialists, guests create and enjoy succulent lamb koftas stuffed with feta, served on a bed of silky hummus and drizzled in a pomegranate molasses. This is followed by main meal feast of crispy porchetta paired with sweet peperonata, and rotisserie-cooked chicken thighs finished with homemade tzatziki.
And it’s not all a meat fest! There is a delicious, fresh grilled zucchini, labneh, mint and pinenut salad, plus moreish lemon roasted potatoes, and an orange polenta cake for a sweet ending to the meal.
Along the way, Barbecue Specialists share practical tips on temperature control, fire management and flavour layering, helping guests build skills they can confidently recreate at home.
With courses capped at just 22 attendees, the experience remains personal and interactive, ensuring everyone gets hands-on time at the barbecues and face-to-face guidance throughout the session.
The class concludes with a relaxed, sit-down shared meal, where guests enjoy the dishes they’ve cooked together, accompanied by three included beverages. It’s a moment to slow down, connect and savour the flavours of the Mediterranean.
