In the kitchen:
Separate squid tentacles from the body and rinse.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a blender and blend till you get a smooth paste.
In a drip pan, combine the marinade with the squid.
Arrange marinated squid in the Fish Basket.
At the barbecue:
Preheat grill to 220°C for 15 minutes with the lid down.
Place the Fish Basket with squid on direct heat. Cook for 3 minutes with the lid down.
After 3 minutes, flip the grill basket over and cook the other side for another 3 minutes with the lid down.
Finally remove the cooked squid and serve with sambal.
