We know you can’t wait to receive your Weber product and are excited to experience it with your family and friends. That is why we treat every order with special attention and strive to process your order as quickly as possible.
Following are our Standard Shipping Policy:
Product assembly services are not available. If you would like to confirm the assembly steps in advance, see the User Guides page.
Delivery will be made to the following areas within Japan only, unless stated otherwise:-
Other mainland Japan
Okinawa, Kyushu and Islands
If you wish to purchase a Weber product or item and your delivery address is not within the Shipping Coverage, please visit the Weber Authorized Dealer near you for further details.
Your order will be sent either via appointed 3rd party Logistic Partner (e.g. Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport & etc.) or Weber assigned Fulfilment Partner.
If your order totals more than JPY5,000, you’ll receive free shipping within the Shipping Coverage mentioned above.
If your order amounts to JPY5,000 or less, a flat delivery fee per order will be charged based on the areas within the Shipping Coverage. This flat rate delivery fees will be displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
Deliveries usually take place from Mondays to Fridays during usual business hours (9am - 6pm). Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the delivery details so that you can track the delivery status of your shipment.
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of confirming your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Weber-Stephen Products (Japan) GK reserves the right to change, amend or edit the Standard Shipping Policy without prior notice.

Return and Exchange
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for your convenience.
*Customer convenience refers to all cases except for initial defects and product defects.
Refunds or exchanges will be made if the following conditions apply:
Refund and exchange conditions: Unused and unopened items will be returned if contacted within 7 days of delivery.
Items that cannot be refunded or exchanged: Open / used items, damage other than initial defects, lost delivery notes, invoices / accessories.
Return shipping fee: In the case of product failure, the shipping cost for returned goods will be borne by Weber. Please contact the store first and proceed with the procedure.
