Explore Different Cooking Methods
Go from low-and-slow to baking and roasting with a range of cooking temperatures for smoked ribs, brisket, and jerky to roasted chicken, baked dishes, and sides.
180–275ºF
Low and Slow
Smoking low and slow on a pellet grill at 180–275ºF is the perfect way to transform brisket, ribs, pork shoulders, and many other cuts of meat into a tender, mouthwatering centerpiece and infuse it with authentic wood-fired flavor.
Simply load the hopper with up to 20 lbs. of your favorite blend of pellets, set your desired cooking temperature, place your meat on the smoker, and let smoky flavor flow for hours of delicious, carefree cooking.
The SmokeBoost™ setting
The SmokeBoost™ setting optimizes smoke absorption into your food and intensifies the flavor by keeping a consistent low cooking temperature of 180ºF. This adds an extra kick of smoky, wood-fired flavor.
Use it to slow smoke delicate cuts of meat like fish. Or, for longer cooks on cuts like brisket, ribs, or pork shoulder, use SmokeBoost™ for the first 1 to 2 hours to boost smokiness before raising the cooking temperature.
300–450ºF
Baking
Use your Weber Smoque™ pellet smoker to bake your favorite recipes between 300–450ºF. Add delicious smoky flavor to breads, pizza, appetizers, sides, and more. Bake a beautiful berry cobbler with a hint of cherry smoke or create your own signature smoked mac & cheese.
To make things even easier, Weber Smoque™ smokers are designed to fit standard 9x13 pans on both cooking racks, so you can bake multiple dishes at once.
350–500ºF
Roasting
Your Weber Smoque™ pellet smoker goes all the way up to 500°F to caramelize and brown veggies and meat. Roast mouthwatering chicken, deliciously colorful skewers, and more between 350–500ºF.
Unlike other pellet smokers on the market, the Weber Smoque™ pellet smoker has a vented grease sheet that promotes airflow while cooking. This SmoqueVent™ system allows smoke to circulate through the smoker and around food for deep flavors and delicious browning. Say goodbye to pale, gray food and hello to bold, delicious flavor!
You can make sure that meat is cooked to its ideal doneness using a food probe. Weber Smoque™ smokers come with 2 food probes that plug into the food probe ports on the Weber Connect® Digital LCD Controller and allow you to check how things are cooking from the controller or your smartphone in the Weber Connect® app.
