Only participants who have given their consent to receive the newsletter and have subsequently clicked on the link in the confirmation email will be entered into the competition. The winner will be determined by the organiser, its employees, vicarious agents or commissioned third parties after the closing date for entries as part of a random draw that is not open to the public.

2. Notification of winners

The winner will be informed by e-mail. The winner is obliged to confirm acceptance of the prize by e-mail within a maximum period of 7 days (hereinafter referred to as the ‘notification period’). If the notification period expires without a response from the winner, or if the winner was not authorised to take part, the claim to the prize shall lapse. In this case, the organiser reserves the right to determine a replacement winner by drawing lots and to notify the winner accordingly. The organiser will not send a reminder before the entry deadline.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner.

The organiser accepts no liability for the availability of the competition on the weber.com website. Furthermore, the organiser is not liable for any transmission errors. The organiser is not responsible for any legal violations committed by participants in connection with this competition.

5. Premature termination / changes

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition in whole or in part without giving reasons. 6 Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners.
