2024 Spring Start – Promotional Terms and Conditions – UK & IE

The following terms and conditions govern the participation in the promotional offer “PURCHASE SELECTED WEBER BARBECUES AND CLAIM A FREE POULTRY ROASTER & INSTANT-READ THERMOMETER” (“Offer”). By participating in the Offer, the following terms and conditions are expressly accepted. 

1. The Promoter 

The promoter is Weber-Stephen Products (U.K) Limited., 10th Floor Metro Building - 1 Butterwick - London W6 8DL (“Promoter”) 

2. The Offer 

The title of the offer is ‘“PURCHASE SELECTED WEBER BARBECUES AND CLAIM A FREE POULTRY ROASTER & INSTANT-READ THERMOMETER.” 

3. Eligibility 

The offer is addressed exclusively to individuals that acts as an individual and is not acting from a company or profession, residing in United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over who bought a select Genesis® II Gas Barbecue, Genesis® Gas Barbecue, Spirit® Gas Barbecue, Spirit II® Gas Barbecue, SmokeFire® Pellet Barbecue or MasterTouch® Charcoal Barbecue from either: 

(a) the Promoter; or 

(b) a retailer who is authorised by The Promoter and operates in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland (the “Participating Countries”), 

between the period of 15.03.2024 and the 30.04.2024 (“Offer Term“) and who hold a Weber ID account (“Purchaser”). The account can be set up at: 

• https://www.weber.com/GB/en/register/ for UK based accounts, or 
• https://www.weber.com/IE/en/register/ for Ireland based accounts. 

4. How to Enter 

After acquiring a selected Genesis® II Gas Barbecue, Genesis® Gas Barbecue, Spirit® Gas Barbecue, Spirit II® Gas Barbecue, SmokeFire® Pellet Barbecue or MasterTouch® Charcoal Barbecue as explained in Clause 3, the Purchaser needs to register their purchase in their Weber ID account, on Weber.com (Not in the App), no later than four weeks after the end of the Offer Term, thus by 31.05.2024 at the latest. 

The Purchaser will need to provide the serial number of the purchased product and upload a copy of the purchase receipt on the webpage when prompted. The free Poultry Roaster & Instant Read Thermometer cannot be redeemed in-store, with the exception of Purchasers resident in postcodes to which the Promoter does not deliver. The serial number will be validated by the Promoter, following which the Purchaser will receive an on-screen order confirmation, the customer must then follow the instructions on how to redeem the offer via weber.com. The Purchaser will be prompted to enter their delivery address in order to receive the free Poultry Roaster & Instant Read Thermometer. The shipment of the free Poultry Roaster & Instant Read Thermometer to the address provided by the Purchaser is free of charge. 

Qualifying barbecues & subsequent free accessories are as follows (see clause 9, Appendix, for details): 

• Genesis® II Gas Barbecues 
• Genesis® Gas Barbecues 
• Spirit® II Gas Barbecues 
• Spirit® Gas Barbecues 
• SmokeFire® Pellet Barbecues 
• Master-Touch® Barbecue 

All qualifying models of above product ranges are entitled to receive a free of charge Poultry Roaster & Instant Read Thermometer (Product Code 8838 & 6750 respectively) while stocks last. Should stocks of the accessory expire before the offer end, eligible customers will be provided with a voucher of the same retail value, to be redeemed on weber.com.  

5. Cancellation 

If the consumer wishes to end the contract of sale in relation to the purchased Genesis® II Gas Barbecue, Genesis® Gas Barbecue, Spirit® Gas Barbecue, Spirit II® Gas Barbecue, SmokeFire® Pellet Barbecue or MasterTouch® Charcoal Barbecue after it has been dispatched or the consumer has received it, the consumer must return the Poultry Roaster & Instant Read Thermometer to the Promoter within 28 days. The Promoter will bear the reasonable costs of return. 

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions. 

6. Limitation of liability 

Events may occur that result in the Promoter extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Offer and/or these terms at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party's illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Purchaser agrees that the promoter shall have no liability as a result thereof. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or voucher codes. The free Poultry Roaster & Instant Read Thermometer cannot be substituted for any other accessory, product, cash or credit. 

In case that the Promoter is unable to supply the relevant accessories because of an unexpectedly high response or some other unanticipated factor outside its control, it will ensure relevant timely communication with applicants and consumers and, in case of any likely detriment, offer a reasonable substitute product. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Purchaser or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Data Protection 

With regard to the processing of personal data in connection with your registered Weber ID, please refer to the privacy policy on our website at www.weber.com for further information. 

8. General 

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Offer. 

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Offer where it becomes necessary to do so. 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

9. Data protection notice / Participant rights: 

The organiser is the data controller for the personal data collected and processed during the promotional offer. 

The organiser will comply with all relevant data protection regulations as amended. Data transferred to the organiser as a result of participation in the promotional offer will be stored, processed and used by the organiser to conduct and process the promotional offer. Furthermore, the storage, processing and use of the data will only occur in cases where the participants have provided their express consent via email. In particular, data will only be transferred to a third party, insofar as such transfer is necessary in order to carry out the promotional offer. 

You may object at any time to the storage, processing and use of your personal data in perpetuity by writing to the following address:

Should you do so, your data will be deleted immediately. Your continued participation in the promotion, however, will no longer be possible. 

You retain the right to request at any time the disclosure of any and all of your personal data stored by the organiser. Should you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or if they are no longer accurate, you may direct the organiser to delete, block or amend your information as necessary. 

You may object to the use of your personal data for promotional purposes at any time. 

Participant data will be deleted after the promotional offer has ended and any processing associated therewith has been completed, unless you gave your explicit consent to use the data for further purposes as defined separately.
