the Ingredients

Gegrilde Gluhwijn 485X485
  • 500ml Orange Juice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Star Anise Sticks
  • 150g Brown Sugar
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1.5L Red Wine (Dry)
  • 80ml Amaretto

  • Dutch Oven Duo


  • Prepare your barbecue to use indirect heat at 180°C. If you are using a charcoal barbecue, you will need to use ½ charcoal chimney starter. Place the Dutch Oven on your barbecue and pre-heat.
  • Pour all of the ingredients into the Dutch Oven and bring to a simmer. Allow the spices to infuse for a maximum of 15 minutes, keep to a simmer and do not boil.
  • Serve hot ro your friends and family.
