Invite your friends to celebrate the festive season with a sweet and tasty drink!
Method:
- Mix the Martini, Chambord and gin together and chill for at least an hour.
- When your guests arrive put ½ tsp icing sugar into 8 chilled Champagne glasses.
- Divide the Martini, gin and Chambord mixture equally between the glasses and add 2 or 3 frozen raspberries to each glass.
- Top up with the sparkling wine just before serving.
