  • Completed step 85g plain flour
  • Completed step ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • Completed step 60g unsalted butter
  • Completed step 65g soft brown sugar
  • Completed step 35g caster sugar
  • Completed step 1 egg yolk
  • Completed step 100g milk chocolate

Instructions

Keep the tricks away with our quick and tasty recipe for spooky Halloween treats.

Method:
  • In a Weber Style sauce pan melt your butter then cream and the two sugars. Once well combined add the egg yolk and then beat until well mixed.
  • Sift the flour and bi carb into the sauce pan with the sugar and mix. Finally add your roughly chopped chocolate and bind together using a wooden spoon. (Make sure you leave few chocolate chips to place on top of the cookies).
  • Line a Weber grill pan with baking parchment and drop 6 even balls of cookie dough on to the tray leaving plenty of space for the dough to spread. Place 2 chocolate chips on top each cookie.
  • Pre-heat your grill to in-direct 180°C and cook your cookies for 10 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
  •  While the chocolate chips on top of the cookies are still melted, use a toothpick to create small spiders.
