Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I had the q1000 but it was recalled by Amazon after 18months use . To discover it wasn’t needed to be recalled . Contacted Weber who initially weren’t very helpful . Bought a q2000 from a third party provider then had a phone call from Weber apologising about not being very helpful, sent me some freebies for my Q2000 and I’ve got to say as was the q1000 the q2000 is very good can’t fault it and whilst it took a little longer than needed the customer support was gratefully received and appreciated.restoring my confidence in Weber and there products . The Q2000 is a great bit of kit and it’s used regularly. Excellent!
