Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product good but charged twice The product is good and I have been using my BBQ since I got it. However, during the buying process I was charged twice. Once I made the purchase, a customer agent contacted me via email saying that a refund will be issued because they had no stock at the German warehouse, since my order is for Ireland, I would need to place a new order through the UK website (a link that was share in the email, which is also legit). I followed the steps to placed the new order, but the refund was never processed. I did received the product and have been since waiting for the refund to be issued. I have been trying to contact customer service vial email since 20 April but haven't received any answer back yet. I might need to raise this to other instances if I still dont get any answer.
