Our Standard Shipping Policy is as follows:
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and customers will be contacted within 1-2 business days to schedule for delivery date and time.
All grills will be delivered without assembly. If you require assembly, our delivery partner will assemble the grills prior to delivery with the following charges to be paid directly to our delivery partner during delivery:
S$ 21.40 for Charcoal Grills
S$ 53.50 for other Grills
For gas grill orders, please be advised to have domestic LP gas supply ready prior to delivery to expedite installation and testing. If you require LP gas and/or gas regulator, additional charges apply, payable directly to our delivery partner.
Deliveries will be made within Singapore only, and not out of the country, unless stated otherwise.
Your order will be sent by a Weber assigned Fulfilment Partner or via appointed 3rd party Logistics Partner (e.g. Ninja Van, Lalamove, DHL, SF Express, TNT, FedEx & etc.)
If your order amounts to a total of S$ 1,000 and above, you’ll receive free shipping within the Shipping Coverage mentioned above.
If your order amounts to S$ 999 or less, a flat delivery fee of S$ 21.40 per order will be charged based on the areas within the Shipping Coverage. This flat rate delivery fee will be displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
Express delivery is subject to availability at a separate charge, payable directly to the delivery partner upon delivery.
There will be no surcharges for remote areas or locations that are only accessible via staircases.
Deliveries usually take place within 3 – 5 business days (Mondays to Fridays) during usual business hours, after we have contacted and confirmed with you by phone.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at SupportAsia@weberstephen.com with details of the product and the defect with inclusion of Grill Serial Number, date of purchase and photo/image/video reference or attachment. Do provide us with your contact details and active phone number. Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you. We seek for your co-operation to provide the necessary details and clarifications as needed and enquired by Weber Customer Service Team and/or the relevant representing parties. If you are entitled to a replacement, we are more than happy to proceed with the next course of action and provide you with a replacement item (i.e. part), where applicable.
