Advice retrieve bbq from retailer and soapy wash and we'll reassess, , did all that and some, been with out a not so cheap bbq for longer thsn i have had it. stay clear consider other options. Buyer beware

This is my second one and the other one hadn't died, I just upgraded and definitely have no regrets. Every home should have one not only for the great flavour, efficiency and superb recipes, but think what you are saving on the electricity and not having to clean the kitchen oven. Absolutely no regrets.
