Click & Collect Orders
Weber New Zealand now offers a Click and Collect service at select locations. This allows you to purchase eligible products online and collect them in person from a participating store.
Eligibility
Click and Collect is available only for selected products and at selected Weber Stores as indicated during checkout. You can only Click and Collect orders for multiple items if ALL products are available at the selected store.
Processing & Collection
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the nominated store will commence processing your order. Orders can only be picked and prepared when the store is open. Generally, you should expect to receive a Ready to Collect notification within around 24 hours of placing your order.
If, for some reason, the items you have ordered are unavailable at your selected store, your Click and Collect order will be rejected by the store, and our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you within two (2) business days to discuss options.
Please do not attempt to collect your order before receiving the Ready to Collect notification.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded, subject to our standard refund policy.
Identification
To collect your order, you must present:
- Your order confirmation (printed or digital)
- Photo identification
- The collection key, detailed on your order confirmation
We reserve the right to refuse release of goods if sufficient proof of identity and order cannot be provided.
Collection by a Third Party
You need to nominate the person to collect the order at the time of purchase, and upon collection, they need to present:
- Your order confirmation (printed or digital)
- Photo identification
- The collection key, detailed on your order confirmation

Manual Handling of Orders at Collection
Weber Store team members may be unable to assist with the manual handling of items outside of the store. For orders containing bulky items, the responsibility of safely loading, securing and transporting your items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cancellation of a Click & Collect Order
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before your order is collected. If you wish to cancel an order, you can contact Weber Customer Service at Weber Customer Service at 0800 493 237 (toll free) (Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm NZST) or by email here.
Once the order has been confirmed as not collected a refund will be issued within 5 working days in the same way they were originally paid.
Return or Exchange Policy
Items purchased on weber.com/au for Click & Collect that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned to the store from which you collected your order, within 14 days of purchase if the product is not suitable for use unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
You will need to provide proof of purchase. Your rights under the change of mind policy are in addition to any rights you have under consumer law.
