IN THE KITCHEN :
Place jerk chicken marinate ingridents into a food processor and blend till a paste like consistency.
In a bowl, add your chicken thighs and marinate. Place in fridge and let it rest and marinate for about 4-8hours.
AT THE BARBECUE:
Set your barbecue grill for direct heat and preheat at 250°C.
Place your chicken in grill, skin side down and grill for 3minutes. Then flip and grill for 2 minutes.
Apply your favorite Barbecue sauce, and grill for another 30 seconds.
Remove from grill when your chicken reaches internal temperature of 73°C.
