Rated 1 out of 5 by Nicole G. from Wouldn’t know how the grill really is… Honestly I’m sure the grill is amazing. We had one a few years ago that we sold when we moved. However, I can’t really review it because although I ordered it on August 28, and although I was told it ships within 24-48 business hours, I have YET to receive this grill. It’s not September 20. I have reached out to the company MULTIPLE times asking about this, and I keep getting the same “we’ll have an update in 24-48 hours.” Don’t worry though, they made sure to charge my card even though they haven’t shipped the item. I may update this review once I get the actual grill, but at this point I would say don’t bother ordering through this website unless you never want to actually see the item.
