Rated 5 out of 5 by from Utility Knife of the Grilling World The Weber Kettle is one of those tools that you just can't be without. It works without electricity. You can smoke with it, grill with it, cook everything from skewers to a turkey in it. They do wear out over the years, this is my 4th or 5th. Weber continues to improve the ash collector on their Original Kettle model, this one is great. I replaced the stock chromed steel grate with a cast iron set to make searing better. I also like the new colors offered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Meaningful Tradition There's a reason Weber stands alone. Spome time ago, I bought a look-a-like model. Big Mistake. With my new Weber, I cooked some ribs, low and slow-maintaining proper temperature for the 3 hour cook was a breeze. Ribs were smokey, flavorful and done to perfection.
