Rated 5 out of 5 by from Return to Old School I have Weber gas grills for the past 15 years and they have been great! I still have my latest Genesis E-315 and use it several times a week. However, I missed the old charcoal and wood smoke flavor of my large smoker pits that are just too big for the 2 of us. I recently purchased the Weber 22" kettle as I remember the quality and toughness of my previous kettles. We really enjoy smoking pork, beef, poultry, and seafood (since we live along the coast). Smoking gives a whole new dimension of flavor to seafood! Glad we purchased the kettle so we can go "old school" again.
