Rated 1 out of 5 by from not knife friendly I bought this about 2 weeks ago to go with my Weber collection of products, I was excited to get this cutting board and decided to use it to cut some pork loins and found afterword the surface was all knifed up. I'm not sure at this point if I should even continue to use it as I do not want that composite in my food. I will try to return for an exchange but I hope another board wont do the same thing. as I said I only used this one once.
