  • Completed step ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Cinnamon Sugar

Chili Lime

  • Completed step ¼ cup melted butter
  • Completed step 2 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
  • Completed step 1 tbsp tajín seasoning
  • Completed step Zest and juice from half a lime


  • Completed step ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • Completed step 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Making popcorn on your Weber Griddle is a fast and fun way to make a delicious snack for your family and friends
  • Preheat the griddle on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the ingredients for the flavour variation you’d like to make in a small bowl.
  • Combine the popcorn kernels and oil in a small bowl.
  • Add the kernels to the griddle and cover with the Basting Dome. Cook, using the handle of the dome to move the kernels around the surface of the griddle, until the kernels begin to pop.
  • Continue cooking the popcorn, moving the dome constantly, until the popping only happens every 5–10 seconds.
  • Remove the dome and use a durable spatula and the dome to transfer the popcorn to a large serving bowl.
  • Add the ingredients for the flavour variation you chose and mix until well combined.
